⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nicole is truly the heart of this dental office! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome and comfortable. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail are outstanding. She handled scheduling, paperwork, and questions with incredible efficiency while maintaining a friendly and caring attitude. What really sets Nicole apart is her ability to make every patient feel valued. She goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly and that patients have a positive experience from start to finish. Exceptional customer service like hers is rare to find these days. If every office had a receptionist like Nicole, visits would be much less stressful. The staff at the reception is always very polite and professional. Dr. Guran consistently explains everything very clearly and thoroughly, and the assistant Karina is also very kind and helpful.

From check in to check out it was a positive experience and it should be noted that I have SEVERE ANXIETY surrounding dental fear and trauma which caused me to not visit a dentist for over 10 years. The receptionists were so sweet, I let everyone know about my dental anxiety and everyone was so kind and patient. I also do not have insurance and they gave me a really fair price and let me work out a payment plan. Dr Trobough was so kind and gentle, I didnt feel a thing. Thank you everyone on this team for bearing with me and making me feel safe.
